Show Your Hands.....it's not a hard thing to comply to if you have nothing to hide. In my point of view...the guy is lucky the cop didn't break his arm the way he was digging around between the console like that.

Are you nuts? The guy was moving his right hand everywhere BUT where the cop told him to put it. How many times does he have to be warned? 10? 15? 20? Then he sped off after being sprayed anyway.
