Ummmm.... not to be a dick but.... stfu if you don't know what you're talking about. Glocks will do that as will and are some of the most unsafe guns produced. They are what we in the biz refer to as "point and shoot guns" because they have no active safties on them. Also, there is no such thing as an ACCIDENTAL discharge!!!! PERIOD!!!!! There are NEGILGANT discharges but no accidental ones. A weapon is a tool and to say that they accidentaly went off is like saying the hammer accidentally nailed your fucking hand to the wall. You pull the trigger it goes bang. You don't pull the trigger and nothing happens. It's that simple people!

It actually looks like the pistol was not even holstered and was just in his jacket pocket...I could be wrong though.
