This accident was caused by the driver of the truck on the left who thought the inside of a tunnel was a good place to change a flat tire. Surprising how someone that intelligent ended up being a truck driver.

Yeah, a truck was stopped for some reason. How about trashing the meth taking moron that rear ended the vehicle behind the blue flatbed.
