I agree. Although I have seen a couple drunk drivers crash right in front of me (I work the midnight shift and drive home at 5am) and I have no siympathy for those fucks. I never stop for DWI assholes. But this is pretty pathetic. The guy is in the street and he just manuevers around him.

Erm...I think you'll find the person who drove round the accident, actually positioned his car to block the road and the scene of the accident until professional help arrived.
