After Peruvian cops let a well known rapist go free, crowds torch 7 cop cars and push them off a cliff. The most shocking part of this story was that they actually have cops in Peru.

Instead of increasing the tax they pay for Police funding by destroying quite an amount of their vehicles, why didn't they just linch the rapist? They had the energy and agression for it icon_question.gif
