This happened in Oklahoma City. Three men and the mother of the boy who was shot put him up to the robbery. The drug store owner is an Iraq war veteran. The reason he's being charged with murder is that after he shot the boy once, he came back to the boy and shot him 5 more times. This is a hot button issue here in OKC. many folks here support the store owner and criticize the county DA.

The guy who was killed was unarmed and no longer posing a threat. Even though he was trying to rob the store, he wasn't the one putting the clerk's life in danger. You can't kill someone for trying to rob you unless they are armed. I know i'm gonna get some bad replies for saying that. But those are the facts.

You can't leave the premises and shoot someone. That's not self defense, that's murder and that's the law. He'll go to jail believe that.
