Deja vu?? Yep - about 2 mins after this happened an innocent bystander who saw it all go down wasted the driver right in the head! How's that for deja vu bitches?
I've seen the long version of this. There is a long chase before this, the shooter stops, wait til the cop is out of the car then drives off. All kinds of tricks. It was clear he didn't want to get caught for something. What the hell is that cop doing? Maze him and then turn his back? He actually deserves to get shot for his incompetence.
