It was probably a furious race to add a video for the morning deadline and the owner dude was like fuck it how many times do you get to see a cop get shot and reposted this one.

I'm not usually a big fan of cops, but this guy obviously didn't follow correct procedure. As soon as the suspects took off, the cop should've treated this as a felony stop, meaning he should've had his gun drawn instead of his pepper spray. Instead he made the most serious mistake of his life by turning his back after spraying the dude. All I can say is he probably wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed and it cost him his life. Aren't these guys supposed to be well trained for situations like this? Guess not. RIP simpleton cop.
