If the wind caused that, why aren't the trees in the background moving?

If you look at the apex of the trailer just before it fell over you can see that the dirt is doing more then it's fair share of hold it's ground (no pun intended).. Height plus weight in this equation equals trailer falling over..HAZMAT is gonna dig them they're graves on site..! The trees were moving due to wind .Nrgyzr421. But the wind variables did not have anything to do with the trailer falling over..doesn't help they were unloading on unsteady terrain.
