You say FUCK the police now until someone is robbing, raping, beating, or killing you. Truth be told like every other profession you have assholes but when you're in the public eye the assholes get the most attention. Police need to be better trained in hand to hand restraining techniques that don't include beating someone to a pulp. Police should use violent techniques only as a last option. I saw four NYPD cops actually restrain and arrest and transport someone so fast it was like a KGB kidnapping.
