Yup. there is the reason usualy being that they are having a bad day and just take it out on a cuffed or outnumberd suspect. Like i said before, there is no reason what so ever for a copper to misuse his or her power, again they are here to serve and protect, and if they can't do that, mayby being a copper isn't the right job for him/ her. I agree with you on this one. Not everyone is cut out to be a cop, and I would guess that about 10% of the folks in the force need to get out. Maybe this guy is one of them. Who knows. I just would like to know the whole story.

Oddly enough, I ain't jumpin to conclusions here. We don't know what was going on between the cops and the suspects before the clip begins to roll. I tend to always fall on the side of the cops until I have more info.

Agreed, I get so tired of cops not being able to just shoot suspects at the first sign of trouble. This guy was not worth the ounce of pepper spray that was used. I am puzzled by the video. It appears to be 2 different videos spliced into one. One frame has a black and white of a guy beating someone up. The other is color and in a different location with different people. What gives?
