I wonder how many times you have to get hurt before get any good at this, or decide that it's just not worth the pain.

On a serious note, it's now actually being considered for the olympics, which given some of the crap that passes as a sport (Shooting, i'm looking at you.) isn't such a bad idea. After all when done well it's skillful and fairly entertaining to watch.
