Is there a related news story? Did he file a lawsuit, and did they ever find anything in his vehicle? I also disagree with Kill-9 this didn't sound like the guy from YouTube. That guys has a deeper sounding voice, and knows better than than to ask some of the stupid questions that this guy was asking. Also, this was not exclusively Border Patrol because they do not use Tazers (yet) they looked like State Police who sometimes work at checkpoints with Border Patrol. At the end, when they were rendering first aid, that was Border Patrol.
