Algeria? Bullshit. I wish some people would do their research instead of posting crap they know nothing about.
This was filmed in France, at the Saint Pierre prison in Versailles. It's the execution of Eugen Weidmann in June 1939. The film was taken from an adjacent apartment.
Nowhere near Algeria, morons.
