That´s a former secretary in the company where I´m working.
I´m technician but I had to work 2 weeks in the office(dam boring) and I brought my camera
and shot a pic under her skirt.
I expected to get slapped but instead she said...show me...and after that I shot a lot of unbelieveble pics. This happens in Austria.

To be honest mate, I don't know? If you google "Free 100x100 animated avatars" you will get a list of sites that you can go shopping for the right avi on, that is what I did. Happy hunting bro.
