I watched this story on the local news at noon. Yeah, I'm from Maryland, where this takes place.
I live about 15 minutes away from where this took place and I can honestly tell you skaters are a damn problem.
The little rat-bastards are rude, disrespectful and generate tons of noise pollution with the constant attempts at stunts or whatever the hell they do.
In my honest opinion, I believe the cop had the right mindset but not the proper methodology when handling this problem. All though the method was not proper, the message was.
If I knew more of the backstory, from both sides I could more accurately call it.
