Suspect Holding Toy Gun Shot Dead by Cop
-:grin piss off! I don't like cops either. They're all power hungry nuts with guns. But we need them, and they always give me my guns back. But they seem to have a little attitude about it sometimes. They could work on that.

Suspect Holding Toy Gun Shot Dead by Cop
I would have shot him too. "Is the gun real"? Thats one of those questions you ask afterwards. Unless the "toy" gun is red or orange shoot first, ask later.
The thing that is a little troubling is that the suspect was fired upon from the other side of the car after he was obviously already down. How many times was the suspect shot? May have been a little overkill there. But still a justified shooting. You just don't point ANYTHING at a cop especially if it LOOKS like a gun. Those crazy fuckers are just itching to shoot. If they weren't they wouldn't be cops. This dumbass was asking for it.
