I watched it again full screen and slo-mo. Definite switcheroo. The first chucks have a clearly visible dark chain. The second pair have a white nylon rope, just like the foam padded plastic practice set I have at home. Pretty good for a cheese head though.

Actually in many countries with Islamic law the accused gets a pretty fair trial. This is especially true in capital offenses,(and damn near everything is) because the judges believe that to wrongly condemn a person to death will result in their own damnation. In many cases even after conviction an offender may be forced to make restitution to the family of the victim or even be forgiven by the family. In THEORY it's a pretty fair system. In practice I suppose it's open to debate.
