The story is that this was a class for inmates who were destined for release, the guy who got killed called the attacker a snitch. The attacker punched him around 20 times. The victim died almost instantly of brain damage.
Lawyers for the accused say that the accused had no choice but to attack the victim for fear of being seen as weak and becoming a victim himself.
