Totally missed the point I was making. In Dubai, almost all of the architects are from the west, be they American, Canadian, or even British. The fact is, Dubai is an Arab emirate in an Arab country (UAE) known for it's architecture, where Burj Dubai is being built. Pakistan (an Asian country) doesn't have the means to be known for architecture.
