It's not a wheelchair it's one of those hoverounds. His legs seem to be working fine. GET UP AND WALK AROUND! Then maybe you won't seem so vulernable! ONLY in America would people rather roll around in a Hoveround or a Segway, than WALK!! (Before anyone talks shit, I'm American; so I'm making this judgement from an American standpoint. And also, My uncle was born with cerebal palsy. He'd give ANYTHING to walk. Or even dial a phone # without help.) I agree the guy should be shot. But, for fucks sake, if your legs work; than WALK!!!!
