I've jumped from many bridges and cliffs and had only one go wrong. There was a hallucinogenic drug involved so it was operator error. I was basically sitting on the bridge looking down at the water completely hypnotized and decided to jump but stayed in the sitting position looking at the water and then SLAAAAM!! Felt like a world class boxer hit me in the chest. Friend jumped to save me but I was able to make it to shore without his help.
