Hi, Your av: It's not just the size. It has to be less than 100kb to (I think it's 100kb, it will tell you on the upload page)
You will need the appropriate editing software which enables you to change the document size. i.e. photoshop or Picasa (you can download picasa free if google it and follow the appropriate link.)
