Suspect Resists And is Tazed Twice
Yeah both probes have to hit him in order for him to scream and fall to the ground. Even though its painful its much better than smashing there knees with the baton or spraying him with pepper spray and exposing someone else to the spray. Tasers are a godsend in my community because they are so effective at bringing people down that are whacked out on drugs or endanger officers safety

Suspect Resists And is Tazed Twice
Do you hear that loud noise when the taser is being deployed? That is called "arcing" and that sound is made when the taser probes do not hit a good sources meaning that this asshole didnt get even a tenth of the actual power. Thats why they tried it 3 times, if it had a good connection it would have sent him to the ground immediatly.
