Elderly Man Paralyzed by Hit and Run - No One Helps
I actually live 25 miles from where this happened. It was in Hartford, Connecticut. You'll note that it was 2 cars blowing off traffic, the divider and the light.. that is very common here and is exactly why other people didn't rush out to him. People in the store on the left called 911 but that's about it.

The guy didn't end up paralyzed either, he died.
