yes your vote does count. stat popular vote decides what the electoral vote for that state will be. then all electoral votes are counted from each state and whoever has the most votes wins. basicly the state popular vote decides the electoral vote. and the reason why republicans and democrats get more popularity than 3 rd party candidates is because they have crazy ideas that the majority don't agree with. like getting rid of public schools or getting rid of the post office. those kind of ideas will never get you elected as president.

Cop Runs Red Light kills Another Driver
even if he had his siren on which he didn't it's still the cop cars fault. lets say he did have full lights and sirens going. you are still supposed to stop or at least slow down to 15 mph (California stat law) when going through a red light. and when you reach a cross intersection like that you can't here the sirens at all until the last minute. studies have proven that. so therefore cops are supposed to drive with due regard for the safety of others. If a driver doesn't yield to them. the cop has to stop and let him go to avoid a crash.

Dumb Van Driver Causes Motorcycle Crash
well if the biker was going like 150 miles and hour which it looked like he was, it was defiantly the bikers fault. at that speed you would not have enough time to see the biker coming. one second there is nothing there and the next there is a speeding biker. the fact that he stoped to me shows good reflexes. if the biker had been going the speed limit the van would have seen him sooner and would not have pulled out in front of him.
