Freak Revolving Door Accident
After watching again I think they did it on purpose. Watch the woman go out first, she turns around and gives a signal to the guy. Then when she leaves the building a guy outside walks from the left toward the door. When the guy that gets smashed sees him he steps into the door. Then he puts his hands in his pockets so he won't get his arms broke. Then the guy on the outside grabs the door, causing it to swing back smashing the guy. Watch it again, and tell me it don't look suspicious.
