THIS IS A DEFAULT USER IP ADDRESS AND IS NEVER TO BE BANNED.
I encourage you to refresh your memories with NoTox site issues by looking at point #3 in this thread:

Because of server issues, nearly all IPs are reporting this as the IP.
A ban on 127.0.0.1 means that 90% of users will be blocked out from commenting altogether.
DO NOT BAN 127.0.0.1.

Not really on a daily basis. But they are out alot. It's funny cuz you never see Fred but you do see all of his followers. As for the town....well we hate him just as much as everybody else does. I think alot of people hate even metioning "yeah. I'm from topeka" and then people say "oh my. where the phelps people live?" so we kinda get associated with them just cuz of that. but trust...we all hate them. Just the other day they actually held a rally for gays and supporters of them at Gage Park which the phelphs clan calls "Gay Park". MOre than 400 people showed up. I think people need to start picketing against them and stop being so quiet.
Anyone seen the movie on them? It's called Fall From Grace and can be seen on VeohTV. Gives ya inside look on the crazy man himself and they interview 2 of the kids that left. Pretty good stuff.
