Police shoot out tires pretty often, and when they dont want to chance it they put down a spike strip, but it wouldnt matter in the case of that vid, the guy was only going like 20 mph the whole time up until the end when he slowed down to about 3 mph. Why is it people like you defend the police when in reality cops do more dirt than anyone,they just have ways to cover it up, I have no problem with Good cops,too bad there arent very many of them out there. Thats why you see cops beating up people who are already handcuffed and lying face down on the ground, and you see cops getting arrested for meeting 14 year old girls online and attempting to meet them for sex,lol, i love seeing that shit, it just lets everyone know what kind of people we have "protecting" us. lol, A cop should be trained enough to not miss a tire shot.I dont see why so many people defend the police when in reality most cops are dirty and do just as much if not more crime than most regular citizens, they just have ways to cover it up and not let it be known..............After that shooting those cops probably all celebrated by having a huge party involving cocaine and prostitues
