Sorry I forgot some other bits.
OK, You are on your Profile page and looking at the Avi section.
Click on the "Browse" tab and your "File upload page" should appear. Click on the avi file you want to use and the file name should then appear in the "Browse" window on profile page. Now click on "Upload avatar". This should do it. Hope this helps.

Ok. This is how I remember doing it.
First find the avi you want. This can take some time because there is hundreds of them. Then, Right click on the image that you want and select "save image as".
This will open up your document files and the Avi file name will appear. Then click save. Right, now the file is ready to be turned into your Avi on NT.
Go to NT site and bring up your profile. Scroll down to the Avi part and click on the load avi. Your documents folder will appear and click on the file you saved earlier. This should load into your profile. it might take a second or two. Job done!
Good luck with the choice it took a long time to search through them all.
