CCTV of Cruise Line Hitting Extremely Rough Water
Shame on them for not having things secured. When I was in the Navy, we knew when rough weather was possible, and immediately began the battening down process. I'd think the crew on this ship (not to mention the captain) would know this basic seamanship item.
