OK again thats not "music" in the video. Whoever made the video put that "music" in there. Its actually an Islamic prayer for the person who just got killed. A prayer for their sole in case they were unable to repent for any sins before they died an appeal to god for mercy. Not unlike what goes on in Christianity or that other Cathychristian religion.

Unlike what you see in movies torps actually explode about 100 feet under the ship(depends on depth of water and the setting they are set at). This happened here in Singapore a while back. The guy owed 10,000 dollars to a loan shark. Debt is the most common reason people kill themselves here in Singapore and it happens alot, but most jump out of the windows of their flats.
