Indeed. She was incredibly unprofessional in the way she reacted. If her reaction alone isn't a ground for an appeal then I don't know what is.
Besides, he was right in saying that it was in her opinion, thus implying that others might think differently hence the appeal courts. I suppose he could have kept his mouth shut but the female judge storming off like that is a sign of total petulance
