you're inocent until proven guilty, what difference does it make what he'd supposedly done prior to the police chasing him, it doesnt give them the right to shoot him in the back he posed no threat to them, they should only use deadly force if there own lives are threatened and that certainly wasn't the case here. The law is the law so why don't the police stick to it cause we have to, if they carry on doing what they want we're all screwed...

ridiculous, he goes to wind him up, carrying a gun, when the guy picks up an object that at worst would bruise him, he points and gun in his face, the guy is putting the object down and gets shot in the face. Sorry, this is murder...
Americas fucked up, they seem to like killing each other, a guy in the UK gets imprisoned for shooting a burglar who was in his home, in the states he'd of gota medal. Scarey place to live America..

read my responce further up, ive translated the whole thing for you. I personally think its columbian and drug related although the sugar idea does make a lot of sense. The onlt downside with that theory is that in Haiti they speak French and the vicitim in th evid is speaking spanish and sounds native to the language to me. Although i am British so maybe im wrong but ive studied latin american spanish and culture a lot. Hope this helps.

ponga el huesito aqui= put the little bone here (little bone referring to some part of his body- maybe his wristle for what you´ve said)
ande=donde (uneducated people dont pronounce good spanish...they change pronounciation to many words..one of them is "donde"....instead of donde they say ande
acotada= i dont know the meaning of this word....maybe it´s the name of a tool or maybe it is the object where the man has to place his arm..I´m not sure....but he says...."put the little bone in the.......get on here".....montar means to put something over something...its spanish slang
