use caution when ramping through the trees. Rule # 3 If you must ramp near trees, please wear some kind of armor/chest plate/ cup, neck brace, etc. Rule #4 Have medical insurance if the above conditions are not met. Rule#5 Always have a video camera handy so everyone who watches NT can see what not to do and learn from others' mistakes.

Why You Should Always Where a Helmet
Rule#1; Be smarter than the ramp. Rule #2 Never pull a kid behind a bike. Rule#4; If you absolutely must pull a kind behind a bike, have hime wear some kind of armor. This kid was wearing a helmet. Good boy. Rule#4 Have medical insurance if the above conditions are not met.
