I think being crazy is even more reason for punishment, mainly the death penalty. Once you have proven to be a threat to society why should we risk you hurting or killing anyone else? If someone said hey I killed that guy cause he raped my daughter thats one thing, but if you killed someone because you are crazy why should you get another chance to NOT CONTROL YOURSELF?

They probably have a garage and load everything from those vehicles into the house. Then into another vehicle (in the garage) and only move a few times a day. A truck or van would be sufficient for both drugs and people. Moving four times a day would be huge profits and not raise much suspicion. If this tunnel is real its worth millions if not billions for smugglers of all types.

I don't understand why you got so many negatives for this one, but its true. I drive a truck and when I go to Home Depot they try to jump in the back like I want them to work for me. It creates a hazard as people speed by them and straight into traffic to avoid them damaging their vehicle or trying to get in.

Just because the walkway looks like a public sidewalk doesn't mean it is public. That could be a private community and those kids could be trespassing everyday to and from school. I would get a little pissed too if people were cutting through my private community. People who trespass like that usually litter and sometimes vandalize or steal.
Without knowing more about the walkway its impossible to say who is legally correct. The young girl could have just quickly been on her way. Instead she stayed and provoked the older lady.

I couldn't understand the commentary, but maybe these kids try to rob people because thats the only way they know how to get money. If they are in fact victimizing people I see nothing wrong with people smacking them around when they are being victimized. Watching this video I do not feel sorry for these kids, they seem like a bunch of punks causing trouble.
Where is the government support for these youths?

Not sure what was wrong with the car in the road, but hazard lights may have prevented this accident. Road flares would have for sure.
Captain Obvious Says:
Everyone should always carry road flares or reflective cones in their vehicle for night time accidents/break downs. Fire extinguishers are also a good idea.

I'm sure there is more to the story as the video has been edited. The citation usually states the posted speed limit and the speed the violator is accused of traveling. The driver was wrong and was refusing arrest. However I think the police officer was quick to taser him. I believe the driver does not understand how the citation process works and thought that if he signed it he was admitting guilt. Tough way to learn a lesson.
